Trunk leak hunt
Trunk leak hunt
I have a 2001 Acura RL with ~170,00 miles on it. I have a persistent trunk leak that I have been unable to track down.
So far I have tried:
Cleaning the drains around the moon roof.
Resealing the roof trim
Resealing the rear window
Replacing the weatherstripping on the trunk
where else could it be coming from? It seems to almost be a "low" leak, in that the trunk lid is dry, but the floor and the molded wells on either side of the trunk are wet--the side pockets even have standing water at times. Any assistance appreciated!
