TCS and Check engine lights

HI All

Regarding a 1997 RL.

Anyone experienced having the TCS and check engine light come on at the same time?

The check engine light seemed to flash about four times and has remained on since. The TCS light turned off after I re started the car.

is there an auto parts store nearby? If so, have them download the CEL code and let you know what it is, most do it for free.

I had this same problem happen to me just the other day. The check engine light went off about a day and a half after the TCS went off. Currently having the whole situation checked out, and hopefully fixed!
