Remove and replace the doors.
If it really bothers you and you just remove it:
Remove the inner door panel.
Disconnect all the wiring and fish it out through the entry point where it inters the door. (There will be a rubber boot that will need to come out also).
Remove the bolts holding the door hinge to the door. This has to be done with the door open and with some means of supporting the door....its heavy!.
Install the new door by reversing the process used to unbolt the original one. NOTE: Doors have to be carefully aligned to open and close properly. Be sure you understand how to perform that task. Some adjustment will be done at the hinge area while other adjustment will likely be needed at the striker plate where the latch engages.
Transfer the locking mechanism (the part where the key goes in the door) from the original door to the replacement door so your key will still work.
Fish the wiring back inside the replacement door and reconnect all the wiring. Replace door panel and associated handles, switches and trim.
OR.....remove the door panel, push out the dent as best as possible and live with it.

See the link below. The procedure is similar to your vehicle but your lock cylinder is much easier to remove.
