Purchased a 01 RL with ABS&TCS ! SRS on

Hi
I just purchased a 2001 RL with ABS&TCS ! SRS on ..
Its been driving just fine.. my mechanic checked it for me he said its an abs rear sensor ,its about $110 from acura dealer.
Also the maintenance light is on he said its Catylic conv..
I found 1 online an OEM replacement not original..for $179
Should I replace all these items ?
Another thing I noticed there is a rattling noise coming from the right rear side..it could be a strut..but not sure
Please advice
Btw the car has 160k on it I only paid $3200 for it
Is this a good price? the car is super clean everything works ..
Thank you

I would look into manually checking the code of the abs and tcs, last time it's happened it was a wheel speed sensor, mine is an 1997 so I don't think we had an srs light on mine.
Maintenance light can be reset, it's just a reminder that it's time to service your vehicle depending on the mileage could be the difference between oil chaing, air filter, fuel filter ect, there is instructions in the manual how to reset the light.
Rattle in the right rear could be a caliper a ball join or something else.

I would search a little online and see if you can find the maintenance manual, it would help you save some money and understand the car more.

Everything is fixed

My mechanic fixed everything today. He replaced a rear speed sensor cleared all the codes TCS and ABS ..run the code for the SRS it was a code 94 he said its a buckle he said it should be under warranty.
No code for catalytic converter ..fixed the oil pan gasket ..
Btw :I don't need struts I need a sway rear link bar
I am replacing it tomorrow I am getting 2 OEM rear sway bars..replacing front and rear brakes 2.. dont need to be untill the next oil change but I am replacing em anyways..
Then everything is good to go...
I hate when seeing lights on the dash with abs and tcs on ...
It bugs me..
Thanks
I am also adding an Iphone peripheral aux and usb interface 5 th generation adding a 15 " sub 2...I'll post some pics
Let you u know how its going

I decided on to using a casette/headphone jack adaptor like ones we used back in the day when cd players were not standard on the car. I've considered doing the aux mod but I don't wan't to completely kill of my 6 cd changer, it would be nice if they made a switch to switch between cd and aux jack.

I was gonna say, the sway bar links are prob making that noise. Mine need replacing on my 02 RL. My car has a ton of knocking noises when going over bumps or driving down my crappy alley.

Acura dealer just replaced a buckle under warrant no NC.
I decided to order 2 rear sway bars on ebay..
They were like $20 shipped...they are dirt cheap..
Wonder what the quality of these bars??
He said Sway bars are no big deal ..
I am going this route then...
Good idea I was not thinking about the cassette adapter...
I think I have one laying around the garage while I am waiting for my adapter .

Thanks
