This is what happen when you let the shop change your car's oil. I used to do it myself, but now there isn't room inside the garage so I have to take it to the shop.Seriously, they stripped my drain plug and check the old one that they put in my car. It was not even the OEM one, they switched it WTF I also noticed that they put way to much oil, like half a qt above the max line and two of the valve stems are missing. I spent 200$ to let them change the valve cover gaskets and spark plug gaskets, after a few days oil leaks and surprisingly they also switched the oil filler cap! WTF, it is a well popular franchise, hint* TV add start with a M....red, yellow, and a bald guy hang down the car lol Man they run this place like a thief store and worst than a backyard mechanic. Thank you, i'm not going back to your shop ever again!
