It kind of seems to good to be true, but I saw some items on ebay that claimed to increase the horsepower yet increase the fuel efficiency for the 96 RL. It kind of sounds contradictory, but if something like that really did exist and worked, I'd want it. The RL isn't exactly the fastest luxury car out there and definitely not the best at MPG. Does something like this exist?
