Headlight turning yellow?

Is my headlights turning yellow? Or is the plastic wearing out? Can I get rid of it? Someone help. Thanks.

you can buy a headlight restore kit or get some very fine sandpaper and wet sand them and then use meguires plast-x and clear them up hope this helps
