I,ll Try Not To - Anyway I,m Only Pushing About 2200 Watts Not 5000, Your Shit Must Have Been Bangin.on Another Note, that Monitor I Have In My Trunk Is 17 Inch,i Think Its To Small For The Trunk So Im Upgrading To A 20 Inch In A Couple Of Days Also I Met A Guy Today At The Acura Dealership And He Said His Cousin Owns A Mod Shop In Jersey And They Could Hook Me Up With A Turbo Charger,he Claims He Has Already Done An Rl And It Worked Out Well. He Mentioned Something About A Small 7 Psi Turbo For A Nice Amount Of Boost.i Cant Wait For After The Holidays...

I'll believe it when I see it. I can see it if the motor was in a sand rail (but impractical due to weight, which is why they use the C32 in those), but in the RL chassis? . Unless it's an RMT, which can be laggy, it isn't going to happen in the engine bay.

~Cheers~

Oh, also, a bigger turbo boosting .5 bar will move more air than a small one boosting .5 bar, since the small one is already starting to run out of breath.

Do you have any idea what he's using for fuel management? Do you have an idea for the location of the turbo? Manifold design? IC piping? FMU? Unless he had that shit sorted, he can talk as much as he wants to. When the motor detonates, just stand clear and watch for rods.

~Cheers~

P.S. If he HAS sorted it, I'm interested for the fuel management. I'm running a 3.2 ECU for the 3.5 motor right now, and it seems to be working a treat, better, I might say, than the original ECU since it seems to have more aggressive fuel maps. I'm talking out of my ass ATM because I haven't compared both maps but I'm saying this from the butt dyno, no pun intended.

They are all crap!!!!!!!
The electric super charger (ESC) puts out up to 240 air flow but our RL need more than 240 at over 2000 RPM which means the ESC hinders the air flow at higer RPM resulting adverse effects on performance. Does it make sense?

The unit of the air flow behind 240 is Cubic Feet per Minute (C.F.M). When I write the unit (C.F.M) without periods, it automatically disappear. What's wrong with it? Is it a prohibbited word? Any mod answer me.

IT COULD BE YOUR LICENSE PLATE, I WOULD HAVE RECOMMENDED DYNO MATTING YOUR TRUNK FIRST.I DONT REALLY HAVE THAT PROBLEM CAUSE I HAVE A CLOSED BOX CALLED A BANPASS ALL THE BASS IS PUSHED INSIDE THE CAR NOT IN THE TRUNK.

I HAVE ONE IN MY CAR AND DO YOU REALLY FEEL THE DIFFERENCE BY ITSELF,NOT REALLY CAUSE THE CAR IS SO HEAVY ,I ALSO HAVE HAD MY ECU REPROGRAMMED AND A COUPLE OF OTHER SMALL THINGS, LIKE EXAUST,PLUGS...ETC AND YES MY CAR IS QUICKER THAN A STOCK RL .MY FRIEND HAS THE SAME CAR AS MYSELF,HIS IS STOCK.MY CAR IS WITHOUT A DOUBT FASTER THAN HIS,AND ALSO SOUNDS MUCH BETTER. SO EVEN THOUGH THERE ARE NO BIG MODS TO BE DONE ON THESE CARS A FEW LITTLE ONES HELP.

I already got a dynamat kit in the trunk and on the license plate and there is still a rattling but it sounds like it is comming from the passanger side 6X9 but im not sure...

Yes, it does. More air flow is proportional to more horsepower. Aftermarket cone shape air filter gives much better air flow than stock. Colder air is denser than hot air which means more air.............

I pushed 5K watts through 5 15" subs once and broke some of the welds in the lid and ratteled free a support that runs across the trunk. Now I only have 2K watts RMS with 2 Audiobahn 12" subs and I think it's ratteling my exhaust system. There is alot of rattle coming from my trunk, dynamat really didn't help much.

The e-RAM electrical supercharger is one of the craps. It won't increase HP up to 5% as they claim. The aftermarket conical filter increases air flow up to 40-60% more than a stock paper filter. So does it work. But the electrical supercharger will hinder air flow above 2000 rpm as I described earlier, resulting decreasing horsepower as rpm goes up. Generally, cars require much much more air flow at above 2000 rpm than that the electrical supercharger can generate. If you always drive your car under 2000 rpm, the electrical supercharger doesn't hinder the air flow but still doesn't increase HP at all. Again, the increased horsepower is caused by the conical air filter not by the electrical supercharger.

Real superchargers must can compress the air but all the craps, electrical supercharger, cannot compress any air. That's reason why the real superchargers are priced more than $4,000.

I'm very sorry if I offended you. I think you and I have a same goal. I have two sons and the first is seven year old. I'm also play with my car for joy for myself and my sons. I don't spend a lot of $$$ to make a race car. Anyway, what makes me upset is the manufacturers who exaggerate their products and misguide people. I just want to tell buddy here a fact so as to not be deceived........... That's all I want to do! Good take care of your car and your sons!

P.S.: I'm also sorry to deviate from the topic in this tread.
