96 RL heater help and D4 blinking

96 RL heater help and D4 blinking
Ok so I changed the diff assy now D4 blinks amd I chevkef the speef sensor and its ok. What else should I do. Now the car heats up normal and as soon as I turn heater on guage goes below the cold mark and stays there till I turn it off the heater wtf is going on please help
