I am a little confused at something I discovered today about my 2002 RL; that is, every manufacturer says that the passenger side wiper blade is a 19" blade. OK, that's cool, BUT, the 19" blade that was on there when I bought the car (yes, I measured it) did not go all the way into the plastic "seat" at the bottom of the windshield. I corrected this problem by installing a 18" blade and it fits perfectly!

I guess my question is, am I the only one that has ever noticed this? Somebody please let me know.

 

Saw the same thing a week ago when I bought the new blades.
