2002 Acura RL ABS/VSA light code 94-1

Hello everyone, I am new to posting so please ignore my ignorance. I have had they ABS and VSA light on. I have a Maxicheck pro scanner and it shows a 94-1 (sub throttle sensor failure). I have not been able to clear the code but have been able to clear other codes without an issue. I used the live data and found that the LF wheel is showing 143.54 mph so I figured it was a bad wheel sensor and I replaced. Still has code and will not clear, I reset ECU but still nothing. Any suggestions would be great.

Thank you so much!! I originally thought why would that have anything to do with it considering the car ran fine, no stalling or rough running. I figured out that I didn't put the sensor on correctly last year after I did work on the car. I think the 94-1 might have something to do with the scanner I am using. Unfortunately now I have another error, 84-1 but probably should just by 84, steering sensor error.

I was able to get VSA 94 resolved but now I have VSA 84, steering sensor error. I tried using my scanner to do a neutral reset but it's not registering the steering wheel moving.
