I'm getting a rattle/squeak coming from the passenger side dash during speeds around 25-35 MPH. I've tried pressing on various parts of the dash to isolate it. If I press on the silver horizontal trim directly underneath the passenger airbag, it lessens the rattle, but often still continues.

If left sitting in the sun, the rattle seems to be away. I suspect it's some plastic piece that's expanding/warping a bit when heat is introduced.

Anyone have any ideas on where the rattle might be? I have already taken it to the dealer and they claimed it was the glovebox and fixed it. But the rattle is still there. I really don't trust them to continually remove the dash to investigate. They will probably eventually mess something up.

just so you are not misled...my noises were due to the passenger front door never being aligned properly on the striker panel. The door creaked and knocked consistently...nothing to do with a dash rattle...those were seperate issues all together

I experienced dash rattle on the first 1K miles, i was driving 20 mph but i only heard that once for 5 sec and after that i never hear it again... Now I got 8,500 miles.
