P1717 Transmission Code

This showed up when i shifted to reverse. I tested all gears and everything seems to shift perfectly like it did. The only difference is that a transmission light is on. Any ideas only have 107k on the car.

Iirc, it's something with the sensor in the shifter. Have you cleared it to see if it returns?
