outside temp error

Today my 2007 RDX outside thermometer was stuck at 77F while it was 100F in LA. I restarted the engine a couple of times while running errands, but still stuck at 77F.
I had it stuck once a year ago and it started working properly by itself.
Has anyone had this problem? I could not find anything in this forum.
Where is the outside temp sensor located?

Did it just go through a car wash? It happened to me a couple times before, but usually within an hour when it dried, the problem went away.
