Only drivers door lock works - new (used) purchase

I did diligently search and realize that actuators may be the problem as they are known faulty.

My problem, when using the FOB or Internal controls (electric door lock switch, drivers door manual lock) no other locks respond except the drivers door lock. I need advice on how to troubleshoot actuator or some other problem, as it seems somewhat unlikely that 4 actuators are out. Is there another point that I could be checking? I do plan on checking the "door lock fuse" in the under dash fuseblock. Other things i have noticed is a clicking of relays, seemingly from the underdash fuse block when hitting the unlock on the fob twice rapidly. I have also noticed mechanical noise when operating the drivers door lock with any method, but oddly the noise comes after the lock has completed its motion. Please help!

Some more info that I have noticed.

Trunk/Hatch locking exhibits weird behavior, will only unlock if unlock is pressed on fob and ALL doors are manually unlocked. No signs of ALARM or Immobilizer system being active in any state.

Another symptom, when pressing the passenger or drivers side electronic lock button, only the drivers door responds. Also I noticed that the switch position seems reversed, when the electronic switch is pressed forward towards the front of the car the door locks, when pressed backward toward the rear of the car the doors unlock. Not entirely sure if thats how it is supposed to function as it seems backwards to me.

Similar Issue-Haven't seen a response

My rear doors do not lock/unlock with the key fob or button on the drivers side door. I hear a sound in both rear doors as if the actuator is trying to unlock the door, but I have to manually unlock the door. Any suggestions on the fix?

So, while trying to find a parasitic draw this car also has, i noticed that if i unhook the negative battery terminal for 10-15 seconds then reconnect it ALL my doors unlock....at least it tells me my actuators are all good
