Brake Problems?
This may or may not be related, but I got a few brake error messages early on. My dealership did a software update about a month ago which was supposed to fix it. Your dealership should be aware of this update. I also had a battery issue (i.e. bad battery) which was replaced about 2 months ago. The problems actually stopped happening after the battery was replaced and I personally suspect the software update was unnecessary.
I've only seen the same info on the service bulletin. I called and gave this info to the service writer ( he knew nothing of it), said he would do some research and get back to me. Three days ago and no callback.

I would recommend calling the national Acura customer service number. When I had this problem, they did a good job of nagging my dealership constantly until they resolved my issues. They make for a good dealership police. I actually felt sorry for my dealership by the end because I know they were doing everything they could, but were waiting for the Acura engineers to come up with the fix. While in my case, I would say their help was unnecessary, it sounds like your dealer is a bit less responsive.
UPDATE
Amber Brake Lamp came on this morning while driving to work. Stopped in at a dealer closer to where I was ( not purchasing dealer) and they took it right in, updated software and I can tell the difference, no more grabbing brakes!
Guess who gets my service dollars?

Update:
As of today my car is still in the dealership. It's been there for a week. They have no clue what the problem is. I called and told them about the software update, they did it and it didn't fix the problem. They told me that tomorrow they were going to install a new "Brake System module" to see if that fixes the problem. I guess I'll have to wait a couple more days.

Brake light problem has returned. It happens every time I'm in stop & go traffic for more than 10 minutes. I'm thinking that the boost pressure is somehow low
during this driving situation. Any ideas?

They changed the MAP sensor
WTF!!!... That's what I said to myself when they told me what the problem was.
Anyway alyhough I have no idea what's the relation between a faulty MAP sensor and the Brake System light I'm happy the problem is gone.
600mm tell the dealer to check the MAP sensor That may be causing the Low Boost situation
