Just bought an off-lease 2011 RDX and it's impressive. I did run a search but didn't see this discussed. For the center dash control panel (AC, Auto, Off buttons, etc). The back-lighted illumination for those looks to be a soft green shading.

Based on experiences with other vehicles that looks to be incandescent type lighting and not LEDs? Does anyone know for sure if that's the case? I'd really like to getting something whiter in look and a little brighter but didn't want to pull the whole thing apart only to find its a lot of work to upgrade that area with new illumination?

If there's a how-to about all this could someone post the link or point me in the right direction?
