Well I mentioned to ATLP that there was a gathering interest on this forum for Downpipes. They were R&D'ing a RDX Down pipe when I picked up my exhaust.

Unfortunately, their test vehicle's owner had a business move, ATLP efforts to completely test and produce it halted until it proved worth testing & producing again. They have an RDX that they can tap if the time came up BTW.

I know of a few VERY good places here and there that will make one custom. But it requires my RDX, and right now I don't have time.

I saw a C-PE gathering, talked to both(ATLP), and they both want at least 15 (thats 30 total for both) people to start work. Problem is people need to settle down with one or the other to get it started.

ATLP made a 9/10 exhaust IMO, I'd love to see a DP from them.

@WSPY you seem "fond of pang's DP" have you contacted him?

 

Pang is the only one in the states that documented the build. We heard that Church did one but thats all. And Azzie got one made for himself over in Kiev UA.

As you correctly state, the various companies want too many people lined up to consider doing r&d and develope. People interested in the DP come and go, the most that I've seen on a list is about 7 or so.

I talk with Pang periodically (e-mail) and he cant seem to find the time to make any more. The vehicle that he did was his wifes dd, she was supposed to get a different car a few months ago but I'm not sure what has transpired since.

So, as I've said many times before.......... we wait.

p.s. I'm sure we could get 4 sold posthast!
