Looks so nice and clean ken!
We do have tiny little snails don't we.. lolz/
If I decide to go DP I will buy a junk yard turbo like you did and have them or Blouch rebuild my so at the time of the DP install I will add this to it.
Is the black area powder coated or?

I think it is a high heat coat.

Just saying, because they never heard of you /nor have they ever seen that kind of turbo before. He didn't want to do my build unless he bought the parts, because he didn't want some cheap chinese parts bought from ebay by the customer. Just curious, what was the outcome of the turbo upgrade, no review from you, just recommendations...

"GTX" is probably Chinese made for all we know... Can you find any Mitsubishi turbo with a "GTX" wheel? Promise you won't. I wanted an OEM wheel with OEM weights. Charlie said he would check it when it got there and he was comfortable with it... so he did the work. To say they've never heard of me is nonsense. I posted a receipt for crying out loud. I hope you realize that you NEVER would have known to go to Evergreen unless I said something, so be happy for the advice.
My application is somewhat different than everyone elses and I'm taking my time with it. A lot of what I am working with will not apply to you guys, truthfully. But, I am simply contributing to the community, so stop fighting me. Take my advice if you want, like you have. If not... keep it moving.
And those are my hands/arms btw... and I dunno if his last name is Brown. I hope it is and you aren't eluding to something more bigotted.

I could care less about the turbo upgrade, it did nothing for me... Going aftermarket turbo. Just letting you know what "Charlie Brown" said. It is sad that you did all that work with him and don't know his full name (bad business) #firstnamelastnamebasis... I'll leave it up to you and him to figure it out, I'm out; the end....

Dude, I've come to the conclusion that you just like drama. You did the same thing months ago. Again, why lie about something, then recommend it to people? Stop being a jerk.
Anything else you need to see, sir?
And..it is Charlie Brown in the emails. :P Sorry for thinking the worst of you.

Also, from what I've read the 20t isn't a good idea for the housing. 20g is even bigger. But, try it...I could be wrong. I'm basing it off info from the Subbie/Saab/Volvo guys.

Hey Ken, what psi were/are you running? The advantage of clipping is noticeable with more boost. You lose some spool time, but you get less of a bottleneck at higher rpms. You should also be able to carry the boost longer that way.

Not sure what boost I'm currently at, but I will check on that when it hits the streets again. I did lose some low end due to the clipped wheel. A regular wheel would keep your OG low end (Tq) and the clipped wheel will give you top end (hp). Now understanding what kind of car we have, many will know that this is not a weekend highway Supra challenger.
I know this thread is about the turbo upgrade, but it could be helpful. Ken, knowing what you know about the torque of the RDX, would you still recommend the RBC manifold over say the RBB or another manifold for torque?

That could be a lot of money spent for small gains. I really don't think that wheel will fit. The 13T - 18T all use a 56mm diameter exducer. The 19T and 20T use a 58mm diameter wheel. You can see from Ken's picture that the wheel is right at the limit of the area. I'd guess someone can make that area larger, but for how much? It's not something that's commonly done either from what I can tell. The cost might make other upgrades more attractive.
