It will still work, but you will have the warning always on for the TPMS. I found an Ebay guy with a set for $80 delivered. He has more if you want the link.

Is it hard to reprogram the TPMS when you change your sets of tires ?!?!

No, the system will read them after a few minutes as long as they are on the correct frequency.

just my :

I recently had an issue with my TPMS light coming on at random times with my 2007 RDX Tech...when I checked my TPMS system monitor screen on the MID it normally says "System Function Normal"... or something like that, but then the error came in, it said "System Function Error" and I'd switch to maybe see which tire was low or not working and all of the tire pressures read "--"... It wounds up being 1 bad sensor- why that would make all of the pressures read "--" is beyond me, but at least the service center figured it out for me eventually!

Anyway, this error message would stay on whether I turned the RDX off then back on, sometimes for a few hours, other times for days . It happened enough that I noticed that when attempting to turn OFF the VSA, it would not work, then when the error disappeared, I was able to turn OFF the VSA again. So I dont know if this means that the VSA will always work if there is a malfunction with the TPMS, but somehow they are linked... Maybe it's a safety thing since both deal with your tires/traction. Anyway, they may have changed that with the 2010, but that's my experience with these systems.

Moral of the story: it would definitely be worth it to invest in the $80 on (working) sensors, to save such headaches...

Hope this helps!

Get the OEM TPMS, and not any other brands.
