rl vs rdx chassis wiring

I was thinking about the difference in the chassis harnesses in the rdx and rl. I'm hoping they are basically identical because I want to look into doing a j35 swap. If anyone can help with finding a diagram I can sort through it and report back. If its a green light I will do the swap as soon as I finish my Integra. That will be one way to get more whp.

It seems like a lot of work for about the same or less HP?
RL 3.5L 290HP/256TQ

07-12 RDX 2.3L Turbo 240HP/260TQ
Add intake + Hondata + Intercooler + downpipe + exhaust for about $1500-$2500 (depending on parts/labor) = 290-310 hp/310-325 TQ maybe. No ECU issues, engine bay fitment problems, frame modifications, nose heavy RDX, unbalance driving dynamics, braking problems, dash board/electronic issues, no resale value, etc...

It would be cool to see if it can be done.

Well clearly there is 60 more hp flywheel there. I haven't seen 310hp or 300+ TQ for a RDX so please do share. Have you seen the exhaust on a j-series lots of room for improvement , reports up to 30+whp alone. There are ECU issues like problems just with adding an intake or not being able to tune the RDX. Nose heavy? Hardly and it's an V layout so some weight actually moves rearward. Not that much of an increase besides the coilover guys are changing the driving dynamics of the vehicle. Fitment wise I'm pretty sure I can get in there just look at the second car in my Sig....

J35A8 is in the tl and hondata just offered flashpro for it so....

Think I'll pass on the awd haha. I'll redo the cage after the holidays and off to paint the interior. Then get it rewired and I will start on the Rdx. I found a thread with a guy who swapped a j35a8 (rl) in his tsx and is using a tl type-s ecu. Claims he only had to repin two wires.

I vote to get a 13 RDX FWD base with the wood trim and short roof box and call it a day.

Sounds like a cool setup… I would hate to ditch the turbo i4 / AWD. Its what makes the car truly cool.

Yeah but I'm not planning on ditching the turbo, just the i4. Forced induction is in my blood indefinitely. Depending on the space after the swap I was thinking about using a 2nd Rdx turbo and use a diy standalone controller to operate them.
