My new 20x9 Axis Angle's

Hey fella's, I just got my 20x9 (40 offset) Axis Angle's in Flat Black, with 255/40/20 Toyo Proxes STII (28.0 overall diameter, 420 A A UTQG ratings). I'm completeley happy with the fitment. No rubbing at all, and the car does have the Eibach springs on it.

They may not be for some, but they're definitely for me.

Once I can figure out how to get pics up, I'll post them.

Do they have to be linked? no attaching?

While I'd probably prefer a more gunmetal color, those look pretty good to me. They seem to fit well with the sharp lines on the RDX.

Better than I thought being all black. The fit looks good, too!

I am torn between black or gunmetal but can't find a set that blows me away......Although the more i see yours, the more they are growing on me..............

Axis has these Angle's, a wheel called the Zero, and another called the Elite that all have a "bending-in to the center" feature to give it a "deep" look without having to have a lip. That's why i chose it, so the spokes would extend to the edge creating an even larger look. They also have them in a 10" wheel with a deeper bend....but it's a 10" wheel...

The 3 of them come in flat black, or also offer a machined satin face with black behind everywhere else. Who knows, if you like how these kinda sit, maybe one of those will appeal to you too.

Blazing GT - Eibach makes a mild drop. I don't think anyone else makes anything. Mine and others on here have it.

I did call The Progress Group out here in CA once before Eibach had anything. They said they wouldn't consider doing coilovers or anything to that degree unless it was something that would be seeing track time. They did indicate to me that stiffer sway bars could be a possibility, maybe even as a one off.. who knows, maybe we'll see down the road...

A rim that actually looks like it fits with the RDX, do you have a picture with the side profile? I would like to view this please, thanks.

BigHatch,

Do these rims stick out from the tires far enough to where curb rash could be a problem? They look sweet, but before I pull the trigger, I need to make sure they are 'wife proof'.

My wife has no problem with them.

Eyeballin' it from the top with a tape measure, the max it sticks out is maybe 1 cm, at a lil over 6" from the ground with the tires I have.

I'll try and take/post some pics...
