Hey everyone. Been a while since I posted. Done quite a few things since then. The latest is the Magnaflow downpipe. 2.5" midpipe, resonator delete to a Thrush welded muffler...
almost a month on it and I love it. Currently I am porting my intake manifold to match the J35 TB, then installing the Hondata thermal IMG. Just ordered a thermal gaskets for the throttle body.
P2R extended IM bolts also painting the manifold to help clean things up.

 

How's the butt dyno?

 

Butt dyno is happy. Pulls pretty strong from 2500-6000rpm

 

Did you upgrade your injectors? When I did the downpipe and exhaust my injector duty was at 87%, too close to max for me.

 

Im on DW 750cc injectors. I need to check duty but I'm sure I'm nowhere near max...also running a DW65c fuel pump.

 

I have the same. Plenty of overhead, even with the Blouch upgraded turbo.

 

I'm on the stock turbo. 17psi

 

Just finished painting the IM yesterday. Still waiting for the thermal TBG to install. Installed the IM, it's looking really clean with it painted. If you look closely, you'll see the P2R extended manifold bolts...

 

HOT DAMN! Looks sweet, probably hauls too! I'm about to re&re the whole exhaust from the turbo flange with MF 51519 & 51529, and the last produced ATLP cat back. Very excited to see, hear & feel the improvement! Do you have any updated/finished pics of yours? Also, any advice on removal of OEM cat-con. from the turbo....without any major sub-frame drop or other surgical procedure just to access?

Did you replace the 2nd cat w/ the Magnaflow one too?

 

No. I deleted the second cat

 

Is there any noticeable difference from removing the resonator?
I have the Magnaflow cat now with stock exhaust.
