My Bolt-on/Weld-on Performance Thread

Alright, well i haven't made many posts here, so it's about time i get started with a good one.

A couple years ago I bought my TL used from a dealership down here in Escondido. I never really did much to it apart from buy better tires and change the oil on a regular basis, but in the past few months I've slowly come down with the modding bug/disease (though it's a fun one i'll be honest.. )

Here's a list of the stuff i've done, and what i'm still planning on doing in the future:

Completed:
Fujita MA-1006 Cold Air Intake
P2R Throttle Body Spacer
P2R Thermal TB Gaskets
P2R Thermal Intake Manifold Gaskets (see pictures in following posts for install)
RV-6 J-pipe and Race Pipe (pictures below in following posts)
Custom Straight Piping from the Race Pipe to the axlebacks, with stock axlebacks, aka Stg 4 Exhaust i believe, (video being uploaded to youtube as I type).

Future:
All White LED Interior Lighting
Removal of "Acura" Lettering and painting the Acura logo and "TL" letters black.
Progress Springs, Alignment Kit, and Anti-Roll Bar
Sarona Color-matched roof wing and trunk lip spoiler
And still thinking of more...

Here are the install photos for the TB Spacer and Gaskets:

The car runs great with them on and there's actually a noticeable difference in manifold temps with the spacer/gaskets. Before after a long drive i couldnt touch the manifold for a while, but with those on, even after really hard driving i can pop the hood and touch instantly, it's just a little warm now.

Once the modding bug starts it never stops lol. I've been to that dealership before (sometime last year). Do you have an AT or MT? Because if you have a MT there are some really good bang for buck mods you HAVE to do.

Here's a basic video of a cold start/warm up and a few light revs with all of the above installed.

X2.

Richies pre-cats will really help the Torque. But, you might wanna add a long resonator to your straight pipe exhaust IF you add Richies pre-cats. Other than that, I like the exhaust sound.

Thanks, yeah i'm considering it for the gains but the smell is already kind of a no-no with the girlfriend. That and passing smog when it comes time for that.

There's an O2 fix for those right? I know that wont help pass smog but at least get rid of the CEL if any.
