They look pretty much the same, maybe just the tension (internal spring) at high rpm, I'm assuming is the difference. I'm hoping shortly after everything is done I can get in to schedule it to be tuned.

It started up nicely, well have video up soon. The turbo was a bit loud because we didn't have the intercooler on at the time of the video.

This shows the car at idle, sounds and runs like stock. He was checking for codes, only codes he says in video. They were just for things that were unplugged. Now just need a tune!

Haha, Yeah! I really want to keep the Intake, but if its going to hurt hp numbers I'll have to put in on the shelf and keep it for car shows. I have DW 800cc injectors and DW 200 fuel pump. I was told to hold off on installing the injectors until I get closer to getting it tuned. Oh yeah, I will make a BIG post on the parts list and dyno results for sure!

The tire is clean and OEM looking and the 235 kept me right around stock height. If the SH-AWD works like it should, I will be able to get off the line quickly!

wasnt sure.. i been looking at a 255 40 since thats the closest to stock diameter per 1010tires.com tire calculator but the weight is 5lbs more then a 245 40 i want to have that cornering ability.. im sure with going down to a 19 and adding those big brakes you probably equalled to what you were with the 20x10s

Do you use the reflash map, intake+DP map or custom tune?

Here are the specs of the OEM 18 w/tire and TSW 19 w/tire. I will have to weight the 20's later; however, I'm sure they weight a lot more then both of these. The OEM brake caliper weight more then the Ksport brake caliper, but the Ksport rotor weight a bit more then OEM. So, I think the brakes pretty close to even weight. Give or take a few lbs.

OEM: 18x7.5" +45mm
Tire: 235/55r18
Tire diameter: 28.1"

TSW: 19x8" +35mm
Tire: 235/50r19
Tire diameter: 28.3"

Currently use reflash map, intake and DP, with air mass turned off. So, I guess it's a little custom.

Man...you got all our mouths watering!!

I mentioned your build to a local race shop when I was in getting some fenders rolled on a new to me car...

They are a hondata dealer too, and seemed pretty interested.

Many will follow these footsteps! So exciting!

Any rough estimate on parts cost so far?

I'm hoping I can get to Humble Performance monday and get it tuned, but we'll have to see.
I will add everything up and post on the main page a list and price of all engine parts and labor after the tune. Wait, I can't do anything until after I get my AEM Electronics Air Inlet Temperature Sensor in, and a pipe made. Damn...

You will have to talk with your tuner about it. My tuner just went off the map, I couldn't run my JDM intake with it on, it was cause it to go into limp mode at WOT. This was done with flashpro.

Yeah, same here. I'm trying to find a shop that can make me a one piece pipe with a 50mm Tial adapter.

It was the rear O2 sensor that was turned off not mass air.
