intake offer

any interest in a true cold air 3" intake that would place the air filter outside of the engine bay? cost would be comparable to CP-e or K&N only your getting more piping and a true cold air setup!
if you have these intakes already i can modify them for true cold air intakes!

the 3 inch intake has no known drive-ability issues and give more head room ( read can make more power ) when used with the stock MAF sensor

this is the 3.5" inch version (picture represents quality of work)

thewrench build
this would be needed for the blouch turbo upgrade.

OR

slow teg build
E-85/70 tune with a catless exhaust, upgraded intercooler, 800cc injectors and an upgraded fuel pump, then and only then would you need a 3.5 inch intake.

Nice work. It's funny how long the term got misused and no one tackled a true cai for RDX.

On '10-12 models it's so easy to open the fog shroud and pipe to there.

Wrench...does your CAI require relocating battery? Looks like it may clear...just curious. Also, would you offer a wrinkled finish?

would need your car here for prototype its way different then every thing else sorry bud. or mock it all up mark it and then i'll weld it all up your call. we could pass your rdx all around the country... might be better off using a different MAF sensor though.

i could probably work around the stock location if i was making a new one for someone else. wrinkle sure only in the summer though the paint doesnt turn out to well in the winter.
