I got the new iPhone 13 Pro Max this week and my 2012 Rdx cannot identify it, nor can my iPhone find the Handsfreelink bluetooth signal from the car. Had no problems with my iPhone 12.
Dealer service says its because they haven’t updated the software. Anyone have any thoughts?

 

Ok everyone. Same issue/deal with my 2021. My guess is something with the Apple software. I am discovering other Bluetooth stuff. But not the vehicles.

 

so i am having an issue with my 2007 where i press the buttom on back of the steering wheel and it keeps telling me to repeat what I am saying. how am I supposed to connect my phone to my 2007 rdx?

 

The button on the back left of the steering wheel is for voice commands for some car functions, NOT for phone use. You need to use the front phone button and pair and use the phone. It's all in the manual. The process is quite antiquated as it's entirely done through voice and has no UI anywhere.
