Bluetooth or upgrading stereo

I am looking at getting a a non tech 2007 Acura RDX from a friend for a pretty good price. Is there anyway to upgrade the deck to a conventional double din or at the very least add music and phone call bluetooth connectivity?

it should already have bluetooth phone calls.

to add bluetooth streaming music, you would have to add a hardware inline with the stock radio. something like these units.

Thanks for the information in my search for changing the deck itself seems like i can't install something in the current stereo area, unless I want to modify things. Am I mistaken?
