10 Minute Accessory Delay

I just bought an 09 RDX. I find it strange that it does not have that 10 minute accessory delay. Is this normal or did the person that had it before me turn it off? If they did, how can i turn it back on? Thanks for the help.

You can change settings through the gauge cluster. Door lock operation and other features.

Ok I'm stupid I can't find it on the dashboard. I've clicked every button I can think of! It's an 09 rdx technology package

The little screen that is located at the center of your instrument cluster is controlled by the buttons on you steering wheel. The are on the right side, under your cruise control buttons.

I finally figured it out, you have to hold the buttons under the cruise control for a brief 10 seconds and well mine doesnt have the option. its really annoying. my dad has an 08 cargo van that has the option and me with a luxury car do not.
