So the salesman called Friday with news on my early b-day present...they found my CGP/ebony base. They trucked it from KC and I picked it up today. We werent at the dealership long -- had already filled out most of the paperwork. Took a brief test drive to check it out and then finalized the paperwork. Of course, crazy STL weather -- it starts snowing before we leave the dealership, so no trip down to the wineries etc today.

Only real cautions I got were not to drive very fast for the first few hundred miles and only turn the VSA off if driving on a spare. No turbo cool-down requirements, etc.

This dealership was great to work with. Threw in the splash guards and wheel locks and I'm getting free oil changes as well (8, i think).

Can't wait for the weather to break so I can take the new baby out. Just the ride home was fun!!
