Question TPMS Question

I got a set of OEM rims with the TPMS sensors...after the tires are mounted, what do I need to do? I am taking the car to Town Fair Tire and I am not sure that they'll know what to do....

You should'nt need to do anything really. I am assuming that the sensors are already installed on the rims and if not its pretty simple and straight forward.
Then just have the tires mounted and balance as per normal.
The vehicle will (learn) the new sensors on its own, no worries!

I will be transporting the tires that are currently mounted inside the car....would that screw up the computer? it will be reading 8 different sensors...

It won't 'screw' up the sensors but it is possible to get a warnig light saying incorrect or sensor malfuction. That is just temporary because the recievers may sense more that one transmiter. I've seen that while carrying new sensors in the box on the passenger seat. As soon as you remove the extra sensors things will go back to normal on its own. Its a pretty good system.
