Thoughts on 22" rims on the rdx

what are your thoughts on getting 22" for the rdx? Most people have got 20" and they do fit nicely but im just not satisfied. 20s still leave a gap there so why not fill that gap with 22s so you really dont have to lower it to give it that good look. It may be a bit rough with 22's but no one is getting 20" with really low pro. Correct me if im wrong but bigger rims and low pros look a lot better

you're right about the good looks with bigger rims and low profile tires. but i don't think the big rims/low profile tires combo would fill the wheel gap , as the over all wheel circumference remains the same.

besides that point about the gap, the ride quality would prob. suck!

20's look plenty big IMO. Why even bother paying a lot more for heavier wheels.

Its too big. I saw one not on an RDX but on a CRV so it was close enough and its just too big and the way our cars are set up, 20's is the most i'd go. Anymore and the car is just too small for a set that big. Its just too big. 22's look better on bigger cars like an escalade or Range Rover

I'd go with 20's and drop the car. the ride will be better too (than 22's that is.).

Yeah, I might be showing my age, but 20" rims are big enough. It really takes away from the aggressive look of many cars and riding over pot holes with a inch or so of tire meat....must feel like trying to drive over a cliff.

There was some pictures of 22s on this board. They don't look bad just too big. The ride on 20s is already pushing harsh. Get some full face 20s and call it a day.

my opinion, 20's look more aggressive/performance oriented. 22's look more car show bling/big sound system lookin'. I guess it depends on what you want for yours.
