Sunroof won't close
Hello everyone! My sun roof will not close. It's not fully open but tilted. Any ideas on how to fix it? Anyone know of there is a manual way to do it? Thanks for any suggestions!

Three Wheelin'
There is method of using a special wrench to manually close the sunroof. It's detailed in the owner's manual. I think the special wrench might even be provided in the spare tire area.

Replaced sunrrof motor today
$140 for a new sunroof motor at my local dealership. Plus needed trim fasteners for A-pillar, B-pillar and rear quarter panel (about 20 bucks). The job was very time consuming.
2 challenges: removing A pillar and removing the headliner without bending it.
i estimate 4 hours removing all the parts to get to the motor and about that much time putting it back. Once the headliner is out the sunroof motor is a piece of cake.

not an SUV ...a Big Hatch
Mine has gotten stuck in the vent position a few times. Rather than holding the button to try and actuate it to close, try “bumping” fwd or backward quickly with the switch. That has done the trick to get it functioning normally again for me.
