So my sunroof got stuck and tried to reset it but didn't work this time. took the roof panels off and it was pretty easy. didn't remove any panels in the back. only front mirrors , switch area and the 4 handles. other parts where partly open enough to pull the panel out.

The Honda part number, 70450-TA0-A01, on your Amazon link may work since the prefix & suffix of the part number is the same?
Your best bet is to search the Acura part number, ebay has a 'pre-owned' one available.
If that is not to your liking, than 'roll the dice' on the new Amazon one and report back here, on your thread, as to its fitment & functionality.
