Squeak when turning right - Tie Rods?

Hello everyone,
I just got new tires for my RDX and an alignment done as well. I also replaced my rear endlinks a few weeks ago. I started getting a squeak when driving and turning right during acceleration or going over uneven road. Has anyone encountered this issue? Could it be the tie rods? I'd go out and troubleshoot but I work shifts (currently on nights) and would like to order the parts asap. I was able to turn the wheels all the way right and grab the tie rod. Am I supposed to be able to twist it by hand? Also the rubber seal looks pretty flat as in no grease. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
