So I was thinking....
Since I have a 2011 FWD RDX which is lighter by a couple of hundred lbs., I am probably faster to 60 in stock form than all of the 2007 - 2009 AWD RDX's out there. The specs on a Car and Driver review in 2010 showed times of 6.4 seconds I believe. The said that was three tenths quicker than the 2007 model. So with all the mods you all have put on the AWD models, how much quicker are you than the 6.7 seconds? BTW, the Intercooler and Hondata Gasket are on order, the CPE intake is installed, the Hondata Flashpro is installed (but not tuned). Once all is said and done, if I don't break my front axles, I will be ready to take on Wrench and Blue Carbon Fiber in a Pink slip race. Ha Ha. Just messing with you all, but may need advice on installing some of this stuff.

Good luck with your build!
Was just trying to stir up trouble with Josh and Ken. Those guys are incredible on what they have done. Would like to know from their estimation or track times, how much faster their vehicle is though from when they started modding. I drive somewhat like a grandma, so I am wasting my money on mods, but I guess I could be wasting my money on alcohol and hookers, so to each his own. As they say, you can't take it with you. I am still torn on the downpipe install, but I just exchanged a compressor on a 2004 Saturn Vue where I had to jack the frame up off the subframe, so my mechanical skills are getting better. Just don't have a clear cut picture of what it takes to install the J-pipe.

I am installing my downpipe in a couple of weeks. It just got shipped from Rich over at rv6. I will document the install process so that is not such a mystery for everyone.
Crazyness - You are the man! I am hugging you through the computer, in a manly type of way. Good luck, surely we are all counting on you. Now I will just need to go back through the forums on the Hondata manifold gasket when I install the new IC as well. I think Mr. Gold wrote something up a while back.
We have an '11 FWD as well. Launching is different than an AWD RDX. Our FWD sends power to one wheel.
It's a strange feeling launching with the tc on. It breaks loose a bit and then you can feel it shifting back and forth which wheel spins. We get some torque steer too.
Do a 0-60 run with an app that times 0-60. It would be interesting to see comparative numbers for stock FWD vs AWD 0-60.
