Thinking about upgrading to 19" wheels

I'm thinking about upgrading the wheel on my TLX from the standard 17" to the accessory 19" wheels. For those who have done it what effect does it have on ride quality?.

I moved from 18" stock to 19" Advanti w/Conti Extreme Contact DW. I don't notice much change in ride quality. The Contis are slightly noisier, but not annoyingly so.
