Replace battery in TPMS sensor

My 2011 RDX SH-AWD has original TPMS sensors in the wheels. After getting my winter tires put on, suddenly I am getting low battery error for the RL sensor.

Are these batteries user replaceable? If not, does someone know what model of TPMS sensor I would need to buy to replace? Given age, I figure I will replace all four.

Here is an EXTREMELY cheap source for them. It is SOOO cheap, I think they maybe counterfeit.

But I don't know.

In cases like this, it is not the cost of the sensor, but also the cost of mounting and un-mounting and balancing the tire.

Here is an OEM source

Batteries in TPMS are not user replaceable. You have to replace the whole sensor

I just replaced mine using OE from the dealer and they were super cheap compared to the newer models. Much cheaper than aftermarket so those prices are legit.
