Well where you at I'd say watch for specials at auto stores or read the circulars, federal express and ups shipped batteries are a taboo for me.

If you are set on using a red top which is a good battery, have you looked at the competition vs a regular bat with more CCA? Last question, are pushing stereo amps?

@ everyone, have you looked into lightwights; Braille or odyssey, I go braille before I'd go with the oddy IMO. These should be ship-able, plus they should be smaller, im not sure but if using a amp that draws over 40a i'd buy 2. Just a suggestion as I have read mixed reviews on the both but slightly more positive on the Braille being DD.
