Yeah I saw one in TX a while back. It doesn't hurt them any to do this. They just set the reserve price at whatever they want to sell it at. The one I saw in TX didn't get high enough so they relisted it, and again it didn't get high enough. I think it is the same one as your first link, so apparently they just keep relisting it. It is higher now than I have seen it before. Right now it is at 33,665, and it still hasn't met their reserve price. They probably set the reserve price at MSRP so that they can decide at the end of the auction whether or not they want to accept the offer. I don't know who would go shopping for a brand new car on ebay when they could just go to the dealer or email someone.
