Too Good?

I'm impressed. Almost looks too good to be photoshopped. Reflections off the body are excellent. How did you get the reflection of the beam in the windshield? No feathering between the RDX and background. Where's the setting with the red sculpture? First RDX I've seen with darker windows in back than front. 19" wheels?

itd be cool to see what that would look like with the doorhandles black also and possibly even the grill, but i think the grill would look good as is.

I deffinitely like the blacked out grill better. The silver one sticks out like a sore thumb. And there's no silver/chrome around the windows to balance it.

That's exactly what I said before too - if Acura wants to do that shiny chrome grill thing, it should be around the windows too. It looks way too unbalanced now.

I like this one with the blackened grill.

BTW, the current TL has a less shiny metallic grill while there is no shiny chrome around the windows. It looks OK that way - I wonder what on earth Acura was thinking when they decided to use this really shiny chrome around the grill and the door handles, and yet NOTHING shiny around the windows???

Didn't mean to minimize Motohip's work. At the time I posted I hadn't seen the orginal photos and yes I thought he (she?) added the the RDX to a new background setting. It's pretty amazing what you can do these days with Photoshop but getting the reflections right would have been a very professional job. Even so, kudos to Motohip for the grill and wheel variants.

I think the chrome grill looks better on a black RDX than on a silver (or lighter colored) one. However, it looks like cheap plastic, imo.

Yeah, I think the RDX uses shiny silver just like the TL. The original picture I think has a lot of light reflecting off of it making it look brighter than it is. I'm not a fan of the shiny silver, I'd rather have chrome, but put it around the windows so it's more even.

Actually the first picture wasn't mine. And the one I posted wasn't mine either.

Well, here's how I would like to see it! Now, let's see how the 19" wheels would look. Coming up!
