Hi Guys,
I have a 07 RDX with 205k miles. Recently the engine check light came on and there is no acceleration beyond 15 mph. Code P0223 (Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch B Circuit High) was read by the scanner. I contacted the Acura Dealer and they advised to purchase the Throttle body since the Throttle Position Sensor is on the Throttle Body. Today I replaced the the Throttle Body however the same issue occurs (no acceleration). Is there a reset that needs to be done for the RDX to recognize the new Throttle Body and Throttle position sensor? I appreciate any help.

There is a separate position sensor for the pedal itself that may be worth looking at, but I'm just taking a stab at it. Can't say for sure if that's your issue here.
