Passenger Mirror not adjusting

I have found that I have to adjust my passenger mirror every time I get into my 2009 RDX. I have previously programed my seat and mirrors etc. but no matter how many times I do so, I have to adjust it once shutting it off.
That being said, I still can adjust it... so naturally my question is why? Why does this happen and how can I fix it?

Has anyone had a similar issue?

Thanks in advance for any insight!

Do you have the mirror set to move all the way down in reverse and it doesn't move back to the memory seat position? Does it make a clicking/clunking sound sound as the mirror moves? I had this issue on my MDX and it was because the mirror lubricant needed to be cleaned and replaced with fresh grease (very dusty/sandy in southwest). I had to turn off the move down for reverse feature until I got a chance to fix it (move the left or right mirror button in the center position to turn off down for reverse feature). There is also a chance the mirror actuator might be dying and you need to replace the unit for under $50 depending on where you get it.

Actuator, right, $36: https://www.acurapartsworld.com/auto...at/mirror-scat

Are you sure you programmed it ot the proper keyfob? Almost sounds like maybe you didn't programmed but didn't set it to the key so everytime you get in the car, it 'resets' it

I can't believe my 2007 does not have memory seat/mirror feature and that the front passenger seat is not powered.
I've had 3 other Acuras and they all had those features. They cheaped out on the 07s
