Does anyone know how to reprogram a key remote fob for an 2011 Acura RDX? It's not a keyless remote fob, its just the switchblade fob with the key that unlocks the doors. I replaced the battery and now I cannot get it to work. I've even tried turning the key to ACC, waiting 1-4 seconds, turning the key to OFF, etc. Tried everything, but it won't work!

 

Well, first you ask how do you reprogram a key remote fob, then you say it's not a keyless remote fob. If it is a switchblade key fob with a key & buttons on it, it is a keyless remote fob. There are instructions in the owner's manual on reprograming the remotes.

 

First of all, you're an ***hole. Secondly, NO there are NOT instructions about reprogramming the remotes.
