Over Heating

I just bought an Acura 2008 RDX it has 90000 kms. It runs perfect until I drive up a steep hill and then it overheats. The code that comes up is P2263. I have brought it into 3 different mechanics including an Acura dealer and none of these can solve the problem. Please can someone help?

did you have the coolant replaced? how are your coolant levels? i'm thinking if it only happens going uphill, maybe there is an air bubble that is moving around in your system?

it has been in 3 different garages they have looked at that, they think and I say think it could need a new turbo. 7 grand for that and they will not guaranty that it will fix the problem of over heating
