There appears to be a slight bump on the driver seat back, i have the lumber turned all the way down but it still protudes a bit?

"Is this normal"? I didn't get a chance to check out another RDX at the dealership after picking it up.

Yes, I have felt the bump as well. I didn't get a chance to investigate it (been a l'l more than a month since I got my 2011), but would definitely have a look!
