MID issue
Regarding the MID display:
The manual states on page 79 "When you turn the ignition switch to the ON (II) position, what you last selected is displayed"
I do not get what I last displayed. The top half of the display is always blank even though what I last displayed was not. I have tried various upper displays, always get a blank upper when I turn on the ignition.
Is the manual wrong, should it have said, "... selected on the bottom half is displayed and the top half will always be blank"?

Hmmm...it worked for me yesterday. I had the trip A shown in the top part of the display and the next time I started the car, it was still there.
In fact, I accidentally reset my trip A when I tried to change some settings
which stinks because I'm still on my first tank and I wanted to see the calculated mileage vs. actual when I do my first fill up.
