I just put in the Hoen H-11 fog light bulbs. WOW what a difference !! The install was very easy and they look so much better. Thanks

I just put in some Hoen Fogs and the LED license plate bulbs and it looks fantastic! Would definitely recommend.

 

Have any of you guys tried these lights for the DRL? How do they look?

what kind of LED did you use for your license plate? any link?
is it the same LED for TL? I'm going to change license plate light for both my TL and RDX. Did a search @ TL community and found what I'm looking for but I wonder if I can use the same LED for RDX. TIA.

 

I got them from here:

It was listed as W5W Hoen Milspec LED 4,100K. This replaced the factory 168 bulbs.

If the TL uses the same 168 license plate bulb the LEDs should work just fine.

 

thanks for the link, man. fortunately, both TL & RDX use factory 168 bulbs for license plate light. i looked @ the link and notice there's also C5W incandescent that looked closer to white look. The W5W Hoen Milspec looked kinda bluish color. Personally, I like the C5W better since it look whiter, but I don't think it will fit well with TL & RDX cos it didn't say cross reference part# 168. What do you think?

 

I'll take a picture of mine on the RDX and post it up so you can decide which you like best.

It does look pretty blue in that pic although it really has a good combination of white and blue. I like it anyway.
