DIY or instructions on removing front bumper cover????

Hi, I just bought a 2007 RDX & am new on this board.
I have searched but can't find anything on front bumper cover removal.
These are very easy to find in the 2G TL forum, the 3G TL forum, & the 2G MDX forums-as I have/do owned those.
I suspect it works pretty much like removing the others, but it's always nice to have a DIY in case there are hidden mystery clips or screws

they're all relatively the same, bolt on each side of the fender all, couple clips down the line, just go through it methodically and keep an eye out. Don't over think it.

if you can do one honda bumper, you can do all honda bumpers....

screws in the wheel well, and plastic clips all along the bottom

check youtube.com for videos

It sounds harder than tapping on the headlights, but still not sure-guess I'll find out this weekend.
I'm hoping they are glass-they have a film over or in them which I hope is just crap on the insides I clean & get rid of.

The 3 or 4 shattered housings I've had to replace over the years were glass.

Thanks, good to know. I was afraid to tap on it too hard.

When I upgraded my HIDs to OSRAMs, I found this PDF a while back on adding the front spoiler to the 2009 RDX and it has instructions for removing the bumper first and fog lights:

I noticed a few of my plastic clips were barely hanging on and some broke when removing the bumper. I ordered Disco Automotive 8119 Black Nylon Push Type Retainer Assortment, Amazon, $24. I use the extras for damaged clips on my other two Acura and my Daughter's Mazda 3 5-door hatchback.

Funny how the push pin retainers I had for the late 06 TL are bigger than most used on the MDX, but the RDX uses the larger size like the TL did.
