Help! offset question for rims just ordered

Just placed an order with Tirerack for the ASA AR1 rims however the specs are as follows
17 x 7 4x114.3 Offset-38
Tyres: 215/45/17

Question noticed on the NOOB guide min offset for the tyre size is 40mm. Will the 38mm offset on this new rim cause any problems?? Any help would be appreciated if I need to change the order.

Aaah, tire rack is too efficient they've already shipped the wheels!!!!

Seriously am I going to rub the fender??? The sales person thought it would be alright at the 38mm offset.

I'm will also be getting Tein SS after the wheels arrive and was planning to drop about an 1".

Lowered car w/ stock rims > Stock height with custom rims
